Tips
  • Drain fish on paper when it comes out of the oil
Beer Batter
2 Cans of beer
2 Cups Plain Flour

To make batter:
Mix flour with wooden spoon and gradually add beer a little at a time until lumps are worked out. Add remainder of beer, then use whisk to mix thoroughly

  • Suggested Species: Shark, Flathead, Snapper Red Emperor, Bluespotted Emperor, Cobbler, Whiting, Dhufish, Goldband Snapper, Saddletail Snapper – almost any fish.
