Tips
- Put fish flesh down, skin up to begin and the fish will not curl.
- Lobster flesh down first
- If you are using a range of seafood remember things they will not all cook at the same time
- You can buy special fish clamps to help BBQ smaller whole fish, ask your specialist kitchen supplier.

Fish: You can BBQ almost any fish thick firm fish, Saddletail Snapper, Redthroat Emperor, Snapper, Atlantic Salmon, Barramundi, Swordfish, Mackerel, Mulllet and Sardines.Other Seafood: Prawns, Western Rocklobster, Scallops, and Mussels.
