Opportunity for the public to help celebrate seafood industry excellence

The event is open to the general public for the first time and promises to deliver a “seafood spectacular” of food-theatre displays from ten celebrity chefs who are preparing gastronomical delights from fresh, local and sustainably caught seafood.
Nominations for the 13 categories close on Monday 16 June. Winners will be formally announced on 3 August at Fremantle’s Esplanade Hotel.
