ProWest magazine is published by The Western Australian Fishing Industry Council (WAFIC) — the peak industry body for the professional fishing, aquaculture, seafood processing and retailing industry in Western Australia.
ProWest serves as a communication forum for the professional fishermen, vessel owners, seafood processors and aquaculturists involved in the fishing industry in WA. The magazine is direct mailed to every commercially licensed fisherman in WA (free of charge). A downloadable version of the magazine is also published on the WAFIC web site and remains online for 12 months.
ProWest is produced and financed by WAFIC as a service to industry with advertising offsetting part of the costs. The cost of advertising in ProWest is extremely competitive and offers one of the few avenues for direct exposure of your business to the professional fishing industry in this state.
The magazine is published six times a year in February, April, June, August, October and December.
