Tips
  • Boil in 17gms of salt to the litre.
  • Plunge in iced water after cooking, to stop the cooking process.
  • If you want to eat immediately 7-8 minutes
  • If you want to eat your lobster the next day cook for 10-14 minutes – longer cooking will help to prevent areas of black developing on the flesh.
