Join John Curtin Uni and FRDC for a free event to showcase seafood innovations in processing, packaging and supply chain

You’ll enjoy a great line up of ‘bite-sized and snappy presentations’ from industry, students and research teams, featuring WA case studies.

Topics will include:

  • Innovation in seafood processing, preservation and packaging
  • Geographical provenance and retail surveillance
  • Supply chain mapping to underpin beneficial interventions
  • New product developments

There will also be time for updates on future research plans and priorities, so bring your best post-harvest ideas and questions.
