WAFIC Industry Social Club: Barefoot Bowls & Industry Update

Following calls from fishers for opportunities to gather informally with other industry members, WAFIC has organised a barefoot bowls social event followed by a meal and social networking.

The bowls event will be held at the Hilton Bowls Club on 9 July from 2pm to 5pm followed by a Portuguese BBQ nearby. All industry members are welcome to attend, but RSVPs are essential for catering purposes.

This is a great opportunity to hear from the WAFIC’s Interim CEO about the latest industry updates and news of the Parliamentary Inquiry into WA’s fisheries.

Stay Afloat and other guest speakers will also be attending to share some of the work they are doing for the fishing industry.
