The draft Futures of Seafood National Roadmap is now available for industry consultation, via the Futures of Seafood website. https://futuresofseafood.com.au/
Developed as part of the Futures of Seafood Study, the roadmap reflects an industry-informed program of work to support the transition to a secure, resilient and thriving Australian seafood community. It sets out a proposed pathway to move industry’s position from ‘struggling’ to ‘thriving’ and identifies priority actions to support long-term resilience.
To support industry consultation, we invite you to join Seafood Industry Australia and the Blue Economy CRC for a webinar where we will take you through the draft roadmap. This roadmap has been informed by the collection of a comprehensive evidence base, including integrated spatial mapping, economic modelling, scenario analysis and consultation with industry all across Australia.
