Marine safety incidents for June 2025
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has released its incidents report for June 2025.
There were 82 reported incidents involving domestic commercial vessels in June 2025. Of these, 13 were serious.

To assist industry members to learn from the incidents, AMSA has summarised various incidents and outlined findings and recommendations as a way to provide other vessel owners and operators with the opportunity to learn from marine safety incidents that have taken place.
